Payment Terms:
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card (via designated channels), Cash.

Payment before shipment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received before the goods are shipped.

Invoice & fees: Bank transfer fees, credit card charges or other payment-related fees are the payer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Shipping & Delivery Terms:

In-stock items: Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 1–5 working days after payment confirmation.

Lead-time / back-order items: Lead-time items will be shipped according to the supplier’s delivery schedule. We will provide an estimated delivery date; however, actual delivery times are subject to supply-chain conditions and may change.

Delivery methods: We typically ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx or by the carrier specified by the customer.

Risk & carrier handover: Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier.

Tracking & Customs: We will provide tracking information when available. For cross-border shipments, customs clearance, duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
